Our counselling space

We have four counselling rooms available Monday - Saturday. One of our rooms is set up to cater to children and teens (although it is used for adult therapy as well), while the other three rooms are more suited to adults.

We have some general information about mental health and hand sanitiser is provided at all times in our waiting area.

Our reception is available from 9am - 3pm on Monday - Saturday and our psychologists are often in session. If you have an appointment outside of reception hours, your psychologist will come outside to welcome you.
